You know these parts of running a business are key to running it well — but the operations, the logistics, the administrivia, and the like are not your thing (and doing all that stuff probably leaves you feeling overwhelmed and out of your element).

That’s where I come in. Operations, the behind-the-scenes stuff: that’s my thing.

I partner with coaches, speakers, and consultants to setup, streamline, and manage the behind-the-scenes parts of their business so that their business supports their life, their clients, and they have more time to make good trouble, do the things that light them up, make an impact, and make them money.

The work I do for my clients is all about creating and implementing systems and processes that make your business work better for you and support the work you’re doing.

My work is focused on helping you get really clear about what you and your business need, getting systems set up, taking some on-going work off your plate, and making sure the rest of the behind-the-scenes work is taken care of so you can focus on what you do best and your business can continue to grow and flourish.

What we don’t do

As you can see, there is a lot we are ready to take off your plate. There are a few things we don’t do, though:

  • Graphic design
  • Podcast editing
  • Content writing
  • Social media engagement
  • Manage any personal or lifestyle-related tasks
  • A system build for any software/system – some systems builds may require an outside expert

Pricing

As someone with significant privilege, it’s important to me that my work is accessible to folks. One way I do that is by offering sliding-scale pricing. Retainers

  • You fall in Tier 3 below and you have the ability to pay it forward, providing access to others to get the support they need for their businesses. Pricing: $1,750 for 20hrs/mo or $3,000 for 40hrs/mo
  • You fall into Tier 3: $1,500 for 20hrs/mo or $2,800 for 40hrs/mo
  • You fall into Tier 2: $1,300 for 20hrs/mo or $2,500 for 40hrs/mo
  • You fall into Tier 1: $1,100 for 20hrs/mo or $2,000 for 40hrs/mo

More about me

We’re whole people who bring our whole selves to our businesses, so here’s a little more about me in case you’re curious. Recently, I moved back to Wisconsin with my husband and two kids after living in Oregon for most of my adult life. My pronouns are she/her and creating a just and equitable world where everyone can thrive is core to my life and the work I do. I’ve been working in operations for 15 years and have extensive experience in customer service and client management, event and project management and logistics, hiring and training, research, course and curriculum development, and systems and process creation and implementation.

I love to cook, fish, read YA novels, and be outside. I’m a 2/4 Manifesting Generator, an Enneagram 8, and an INFP (who turns into a J the minute she’s with another P). My strengths from CliftonStrengths: intellection, input, ideation, self-assurance, and strategic (which are probably pretty unsurprising given everything I wrote up above).
